Although the Tamron 18-400mm lens and polarizing filter came damaged due to insufficient packaging, Tiffany, the General Manager, worked it out by providing a partial refund. She also notified her packing team to correct any future issues.
They were pretty responsive with messages and willing to help without fuss. Shipping was faster than expected, so I was able to photograph my friend's proposal.
